Introducing the World's First Self-Bleeding Dropper Post

We’ve been hard at work perfecting one of the most essential mountain biking components—the dropper post. Today, we’re thrilled to release our newest product: the Wolf Tooth Resolve Dropper Post. This dropper post utilizes a first-of-its-kind self-bleeding cartridge. This means that any air that gets into the post’s fluid chamber is automatically purged with every up/down motion. With no sag and no need for manual resetting, the Wolf Tooth Resolve Dropper Post eliminates the need to buy and replace multiple expensive cartridges over the dropper post’s lifespan.

The Resolve Dropper Post is lightweight and low-profile, and is compatible with round or oval saddle rails. It has the shortest stack height of any dropper post (32mm) and a short insertion depth so you can fit bigger travel on smaller frames. The dropper post is available in 30.9 and 31.6mm diameters, with travel options for 125, 160, and 200mm. Additionally, the Resolve Dropper Post allows for adjustable travel via 5mm spacers. Add two spacers to a 200mm travel dropper post to reduce travel to 190mm, add four spacers to a 160mm travel dropper post to reduce travel to 140mm, and so on. 

Dropper posts purchased on wolftoothcomponents.com are built to order and have the option of adding up to seven spacers. Spacer kits and service videos are available to guide travel adjustment at home.

No other dropper post is truly self-bleeding like the Resolve Dropper Post. It is designed, engineered, and assembled in Minnesota, USA with CNC machined parts. The Resolve Dropper Post is compatible with any dropper lever that uses a cable, but we prefer to use a ReMote Light Action for crisp actuation on the trail.

Like all Wolf Tooth products, every individual component of the Resolve Dropper Post is available as a replacement part through the Wolf Tooth Right to Repair program. If something breaks in a crash, only the damaged part may need to be replaced instead of the entire dropper post. The Wolf Tooth Resolve Dropper Post is 100% user-serviceable and service can be performed by any experienced home bike mechanic. Customers can also send their dropper post to Wolf Tooth or their local bike shop for service if needed.
